An integral part of a successful restaurant’s “ecosystem” is the service philosophy. It doesn’t matter how Instagram-worthy our décor is or how many “likes” our food get; if the service and culinary attitudes do not exceed customers’ expectations we have failed in the most basic fundamentals of the restaurant business. We help our partners in the selection and recruitment of both front and back of house staff with relevant professional backgrounds and the right aptitude. Apart from creating a training program for the service team, we also work with the appointed Chef in devising a framework for maintaining restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards. We are not in the business of serving food & drinks; we are in the business of extending hospitality.
